Quality, Safety and Environment Protection Department

The department was established in IV quarter of 2007. It consists of the following divisions: Safety division, Quality and Environmental protection division. The main objectives of the department are the development, organization and control of:

• Application of international standards for management and service provision quality
• Water supply and sewerage system facilities safety norms and rules application
• Ensure nature protection and environmental standards
• Compliance of work conditions with the norms in force
• Staff instruction, reorganization, registration, possible technical breakdowns anticipation, etc

Water quality division

Number of employees – 1.
Systematization, planning and control of supplied water quality and sewerage. Control of laboratory analysis of water quality, potable water treatment, disinfection and systems disinfection activities, sanitary technical state of the operating systems. Water quality division provides methodological assistance while implementation of water quality activities, develops water quality improved control project, summarizes the conclusions, prepares quarterly and annual reports.

Assets control division

Number of employees – 3.
The operations of the division are:

• Control of Company’s assets
• Control of assets alienation and procurement processes
• Development of proposals on system improvement and efficiency, connected with assets
• Implementation of receivable and payable mutual acts definition and checkup
• Control of Company’s property (main assets, stock), justified operation and efficient exploitation
• Ensure water supply and sewerage systems control and inventory
• Organization of information database for State cadastre registration
