Main functions:
Legal and Insurance Department ensures legal activities of the Company, rights and legal interests protection of the Company at the judicature and other bodies, provides methodological and legal assistance to the structural departments, organizes insurance activities, provides legal consulting to the management of the Company and the employees, prepares conclusions, presents proposals on legal documents and legality of Company’s activities.
