AWSC implements technical maintenance and operates water and wastewater main facilities (state property) and intercommunity networks (community property) of the settlements included in its servicing perimeter through its four branches providing required quantity and quality of water and carried out organized removal of wastewaters.

The company operates:

• 441 catchments
• 42 main pumping stations
• 12 water treatment plants
• 76 chlorination stations
• 2654 km trunk main
• 3671 km intercommunity distribution networks
• 356 km sewers
• 1558 km of water discharge network and etc

Each month about 13.0 mln cubic meter of potable water is produced and supplied out of which

• 5.5mln cubic meter mechanically
• 7.5 mln cubic meter by gravity

Water supply systems are fed from 79 springs supplying water by gravity and 34 sources supplying water by pumping.
