Coordinates commercial operations of the Company. Controls billing and collection activities. In centralized manner implements budgetary companies and major consumers billing and collection process.

Commercial operations are implemented through a package of program, developed for the Company.

Together with the employees of the Branches and other Departments of the Company develops and implements a lot of projects.

Implements commercial data summary and prepares different reports and analysis.
