The Fourth Drawing of Lots took place on October 11, 2009 at 19:00

On October 11, 2009 the Armenian Water and Sewerage Company organized the third drawing of lots, which was broadcasted live on the Armenian Second Television Channel.
As in the first drawing of lots, VTB-Armenia Bank took part in the second drawing lots as the main partner and provided 300.000 AMD to each four winner-customers from all regional branches of the Armenian Water and Sewerage Company.
The General Director and Management Contractor of AWSC Mr. Patrick Lorin, the General Director and President of Directorate of VTB Armenia Bank Mr. Valery Ovsyannikov and winners of the first drawing of lots took part in the second drawing. With the help of a special computer program, on coincidental basis, the first winners chose the following winners-customers from each AWSC regional branch.  

North-West Regional Branch:      1.Vardanyan Lyova, Abovyan, 2.Gasparyan Marat,Stepanavan
Central-West Regional Branch:    1.Margaryan Gagik, Echmiadzin, 2.Kostanyan Susanna, vilage Aygestan
South Regional Branch:                1.Hovhannisyan Andranik, Kapan 2.Hakobyan Argam, Sisian

The awards giving ceremony took place on October 24, 2009 at the headquarters of VTB Armenia Bank.
