The activities of the departments are supervised by the Administrative Director of the Company.

Finance

Number of Employees – 2.
The Department manages annual income and expenses estimations of the company (according to the Branches and HO), implements expenses and incomes investigations, analysis, summary for Company’s operational activities, and on the basis of it prepares corresponding reports.

According to the requirements of the RA Legislation are prepared midterm expenses programs and separately annually budgetary applications.

For the purpose of Company’s water supply and sewerage services tariff modification, ff needed, required applications and calculations preparation activities are implemented.

Accounting

Number of Employees – 7.
Accounting of the Company is implemented by corresponding divisions of the 4 regional branches under direct supervision of the Financial and Accounting Department of the Company’s Head Office. Accounting is implemented on the basis of standards of RAC, using Soft Master 6.2 accounting program.

Accounting program, according to the requirements of RA legislation on accounting and cooperation with the branches, as well as for having a single approach to discussion and solution of different problems, for the Chief accountants of the Branches periodically are organized workshops-meetings in the Head Office of the Company.
