The Loan Agreement between the Republic of Armenian and the Asian Development Bank was signed on 18 December 2007.
The Project Agreement between the Asian Development bank and the “Armenian Water and Sewerage” CJSC was signed on 18 December 2007.
Loan Effectiveness: The loan declared effective as of 28 May, 2008 as the conditions for loan effectiveness set out in Article V, Section 5.01 of the Loan Agreement and Article III, Section 3.01 of the Project Agreement.
